What affects the cost of healthcare app development?
The number of modules (records, appointments, billing, pharmacy, telemedicine), the user roles and sites involved, integrations with labs or devices, data migration from existing systems, and whether you need web, iOS and Android. We phase the build so the most-used module goes live first.
Will the software be compliant with the DPDP Act and ABDM?
Compliance depends on how the whole system and your organisation operate, so no vendor can certify it alone. We build the technical controls, including consent capture, role-based access, audit logs, encryption, and data export and deletion, and document them so your compliance team or advisers can assess them.
Can it integrate with our existing hospital or lab systems?
In most cases. Integration depends on what the other system offers: an HL7 or FHIR interface, a REST API, scheduled file exports or database access. We review the options early, because integrations shape both the timeline and the data model.
Do you build healthcare software for clients outside India?
Yes. For the US we build to the HIPAA Security Rule's technical safeguards; for the UK and Australia we follow their data protection requirements. Your organisation stays responsible for overall compliance and for agreements with hosting providers.
